The Vision:
Vintage look but with a modern flare. The bride loved
the colour eggplant purple and want this to be the primary colour throughout
the floral arrangements & décor.
The Challenge:
1. How to create the vintage feel but with modern
flare?
2. Use the "eggplant" purple without making the floral
arrangements & décor too dark?
The Solution:
1. All the bouquets were not your typical round or
cascading bouquets, but different and uniquely shaped. We also used a
combination of calla-lilies, orchids & green berries in each arrangement.
Added purple feathers to the large arrangements for the vintage touch.
2. To off-set the dark colour of "eggplant" purple, we
used the colour green, and lighter shades of purple.
The final product was a spetacular wedding with the
vintage feel ...with flare!
